Eighty founding places. A deposit holds your place and locks your rate for your first three months.
Apollo opens fall/winter 2026 in San Francisco, a permanent home for education, incubation, research, design and capital under one roof. We cannot wait to welcome our first cohort of visionaries.
What do you want to have built in ten years? For most of us the honest answer is something too large to do alone.
Every institution that ended up mattering began with a small number of people who backed it while it was still unfinished. By the time the world agreed that Bell Labs or PARC had been inevitable, the people who made them possible had been in the room for years.
We are stronger together.
A year of running this community taught us the same lesson over and over. The work that mattered came from people who would never otherwise have met, kept close enough and long enough to help each other. The building is what keeps them close.
That is why we say real estate is the infrastructure and community is the asset. A building is worth what it lets people do. The people are what compounds, so that is where we are spending: on gatherings, on stewardship, on the shared work that turns eighty strangers into colleagues.
Eighty places to start, so everyone can know everyone. If you are reading this before the doors open, you are early on purpose.
Membership is $250 a month. A $50 deposit holds one of the first eighty places and locks a founding rate of $160 or $180 for your first three months. Each mark below is one membership, and filled marks are taken. When a band fills, the rate steps up for everyone after it.
